If the government rejects your visa application for Kuwait, you are entitled to a full refund of the Kuwait Immigration Services processing charge based on the number of rejected applicants. Please remember that government fees are non-refundable, even if your application is rejected.

However, if you have submitted your application, contact us within 90 hours after you complete the form. We will cancel your visa application and refund the service fee, but the government fee will not be refunded because this fee is paid directly to the government. In case your visa fails, the government fee is also not refundable.

No, you cannot. The Kuwait e-Visa is exclusively valid for tourism. If candidates on an e-Visa are detected working while in the country, they will face legal consequences.
