Do I get a refund if I decide to cancel my e-visa application?

Yes, a refund is possible. However, if you want to cancel your e-visa application form, don't hesitate to contact us for more information. If you have submitted your application, contact us within 90 hours after you complete the form. We will cancel your visa application and refund the service fee. Moreover, the government fee is NOT REFUNDABLE regardless of the result because the fee is paid directly to the government for application processing.
